1. Introduction
Welcome to Zenedu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenedu platform, a service that enables content monetization on Telegram. By accessing or using Zenedu, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
— Zenedu is available to all users, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your country
— To access Zenedu, users must register via Telegram authentication
— You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring their proper use
3. Payments, Subscription Plans, and Billing
— Zenedu operates exclusively on a paid subscription basis
— Payments are processed securely through Paddle
— Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy
— By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan
— If a payment fails, the user will receive a notification and will have 7 days to complete the payment before access to the platform is suspended
4. Refund Policy
We want all new customers to feel confident about using Zenedu. That’s why we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, simply contact us within 7 days of your first payment via email at support@zenedu.io or through our Telegram support bot @zenedusupportbot.
After this period, all payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone who abuses this policy.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Zenedu to:
— Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, or spam
— Violate intellectual property rights by distributing unauthorized content
— Distribute malware, malicious software, or harmful scripts
— Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct
— Attempt to bypass platform restrictions, interfere with platform operations, or gain unauthorized access to data
— Use automated bots or scripts that overload our infrastructure
6. Content Ownership and License
— Users retain full ownership of the content they create and distribute through Zenedu
— By using the platform, users grant Zenedu a limited license to store, display, and distribute content as necessary to operate the service
— Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for the content they upload or sell
7. Limitation of Liability
— Zenedu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind
— We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for service interruptions
— Zenedu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform
— We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including Telegram, Paddle, or other integrated tools
— Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform and any reliance on its content or functionality
8. Termination and Account Suspension
— Zenedu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities
— Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@zenedu.io
— Upon termination, users will no longer have access to their content or subscription benefits
9. Modifications to Terms
— We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
— If changes materially impact user rights, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-app announcement
— Continued use of Zenedu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zenedu operates or where the user resides, to the extent permitted by law.
Any disputes arising from the use of Zenedu shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
